Prof. Dr. Stoyanka Uzunova is a well known name with an impressive scientific career in modern medicine. But, behind this name, there is also a doubtlessly gifted artist, with ingenious temper for whom nature is a source of inspiration and a catalyst of creative energy. Branchy trees and flowers fill up the pictorial space of her silk panels sometimes with sparkling intensive colors, sometimes with almost muted vividness. With their simple composition, vital picturesque atmosphere and ingenuous plastic expression they emanate genuine poetics and reveal the delicate nuances of a rich feminine sensitivity.
